Not Working.

Claire Flannery is a young Londoner who quits her office job to try and discover her true vocation and passion. As Claire sets out on her voyage of self discovery (without ever venturing too far from her duvet) she evaluates her family, friends and relationship whilst wondering if she can ever find her niche without having to compromise herself.

Not Working is a fast, light, read and Claire is a delightful character.
It's a quirky book composed of a series of observations and short vignettes and parts of it are hilariously funny. Comparisons have been (fairly) made between this book and Helen Fielding's Bridget Jones series and, like those books, I could easily see this being the start of a series or becoming a film.

If you want something to read that won't tax your brain but will provide some light hearted entertainment I recommend that you give Not Working a spin.
